�� Business Process Improvement Analyst�� Location: Colorado Springs, CO
 �� 100% On-site

US Citizen or Green Card holders will only be considered

�� What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support Lean and Six Sigma-based process improvement initiatives
• Analyze business operations and identify areas to reduce waste and boost efficiency
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and process mapping events
• Partner with leaders at all levels to support change implementation
• Provide data-driven insights to support ROI-based decisions
• Travel between county departments to build collaborative relationships

�� Your Strengths:

• Strong data analysis experience (Excel, SPSS, R, etc.)
• Exposure to or certified in Lean Six Sigma (big plus!)
• Skilled in facilitation, incident management, and stakeholder communication
• Background in statistics, finance, or healthcare is highly valuable
• Reducing waste and optimizing effectiveness
• Flexible and collaborative—able to work across different teams and personalities

�� Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Admin, Engineering, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of experience facilitating process improvement activities
• Experience analyzing operational data and making actionable recommendations
• Six Sigma or Shingo certification (continual improvement methodologies)
• Exposure to or experience with Seven Quality Tools/Seven Waste Tools a plus!
