Customer Support Representative – Honolulu, HI

Direct Hire ($18/hr)
We are currently seeking a professional and personable Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our team at our Main Office in Honolulu, HI. As the first point of contact for our members, the CSR plays a critical role in ensuring a positive and supportive experience. The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge with outstanding communication skills to effectively resolve inquiries and provide accurate information.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for members via phone, email, and in-person visits
Respond to inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
Provide information and send out requested packets
Address and resolve eligibility questions promptly and clearly
Maintain a customer-first approach in every interaction
Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
Minimum of one (1) year of relevant customer service experience, or a combination of education and experience
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Must be dependable, organized, and able to adapt to changing priorities
Ability to work independently in an office-based role
