100% onsite
Direct Hire ($18/hr)

We are currently seeking a professional and personable Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our team at our Main Office in Honolulu, HI. As the first point of contact for our members, the CSR plays a critical role in ensuring a positive and supportive experience. The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge with outstanding communication skills to effectively resolve inquiries and provide accurate information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for members via phone, email, and in-person visits

  • Respond to inquiries with professionalism and accuracy

  • Provide information and send out requested packets

  • Address and resolve eligibility questions promptly and clearly

  • Maintain a customer-first approach in every interaction

Requirements & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required

  • Minimum of one (1) year of relevant customer service experience, or a combination of education and experience

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Must be dependable, organized, and able to adapt to changing priorities

  • Ability to work independently in an office-based role
