Administrative Assistant - Honolulu, HI (100% onsite)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations, coordinate with vendors, assist with financial transactions, and help manage facilities and HR-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, dependable, and capable of balancing multiple administrative responsibilities with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate office maintenance, supply inventory, vendor communication, and facility needs
Process deposits, bank transfers, and reimbursements for multiple units
Support trustee conference arrangements, including travel, expense reports, and lodging
Assist with employee onboarding, performance review prep, and HR paperwork
Manage mailings, copier supplies, invoices, and internal reporting
Plan staff events and oversee shared spaces and supplies
Support audits, contract renewals, and board meeting logistics
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
1–2 years administrative or office support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Strong verbal and written communication skills
