Help Desk Tech - Onsite 5 days a week - Saline, MI - Small team of 4 -
MFG/Automotive exp nice to have not required - 2 I
Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware, and other equipment.
Knowledge and experience of customer service practices.
Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support.
Problem analysis and problem solving.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as software documentation, knowledge base articles, safety rules, policies and procedure manuals, and operating instructions.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Two (2) years of help desk or customer service experience strongly preferred.
Experience with troubleshooting and resolving Windows 10 and basic laptop hardware issues.
Basic understanding of enterprise data center concepts (Windows, networking, server administration).
