Role: Dealer Support Representative
Type: Contract 10 Months
Location: Farmington Hills, MI (Onsite 4 days a week 1 remote)
Client: Mercedes Benz Financial
Daily administration of the MBUSA Employee Lease Program, which includes the implementation of program guidelines, processes and procedures. The primary objectives are to create lease documents with a high degree of accuracy and provide resolution through timely responses to customer/employee inquiries via phone, email, workbasket and direct mail.
Responsibilities:
• Validate order requests and related account information
• Prepare documents with accuracy
• Review program-related inquiries
• Resolve employee concerns/issues
• Provide Mercedes-Benz affiliate coordinator support
• Assist Company Car Coordinator with manager and field vehicles as required
• Support Pre-Term Remarketing process for employee lease accounts
• Act as liaison between the employee/customer, the dealership and internal departments within MBFS/MBUSA
• Document Employee/Customer accounts/orders for action resulting from contact
• Phone Experience
• Outlook Experience
Skills:
Education: High School Diploma
Skills: 1+ years of Customer Service experience
Excellent organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills.
