Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Software or Controls Engineering.
· Minimum of 8 years' experience in OBD requirements, controls, software, or calibration
· Proficient using INCA, Matlab and Simulink/Stateflow
· Understanding of the goals of On-Board Diagnostics
· Functional understanding controls, Software and CAN communication
· Basic proficiency with the major purpose & components in an electrified propulsion system
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and business acumen
· Self-motivated/proactive with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
· Ability to operate both independently and as part of a team
· Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database applications
Preferred Requirements:
· Master's in Mechanical, Electrical, Software or Controls Engineering
· Experience presenting to, and communicating directly with Government regulatory agencies
· Previous Stellantis Propulsion Systems experience
· Experience designing and implementing new diagnostics
· 12 years' experience in OBD requirements, controls, software, or calibration within the electric, gasoline or diesel industry
· INCA, Matlab, Simulink, Stateflow, Minitab, C++ and Visual Basic experience
