Field Service Supervisor – Industrial Equipment

Location: Milwaukee, WI (Open to Chicago & Dallas candidates)
Pay: $71,000–$105,000 annually + 10% bonus
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8 AM–5 PM
Travel: Up to 80%

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise up to 15 field technicians.

• Coordinate scheduling, projects, and daily operations.

• Oversee installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repairs of industrial heat transfer equipment.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

• Ensure safety compliance and maintain customer relationships.

• Review service reports and technician performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial field service or mechanical experience.

• 2+ years of supervisory or crew leadership experience.

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and P&IDs.

• Excellent leadership and customer communication skills.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
