Industrial Maintenance Mechanic – Milan, MO

Pay: $26.10–$33.90/hr + $1.00/hr differential on 2nd and 3rd shift
1st, 2nd and 3rd shift openings

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, Monday–Friday
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM–6:30 AM, Monday–Friday

Location: Milan, MO (on-site)
Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 (paid after 90 days)

What You'll Do

• Complete daily preventive maintenance (PM) work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
• Set up, inspect, and test machinery and production equipment
• Diagnose malfunctions by observing equipment and working with supervisors and operators
• Dismantle defective equipment and install new or repaired parts
• Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other components
• Perform basic TIG and MIG welding and fabrication
• Repair and maintain the facility's physical structure
• Support Production and Quality teams as needed
• Follow lockout/tagout, safety, GMP, and ISO 14001 procedures

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of industrial maintenance or related mechanical experience
• Basic knowledge of general maintenance, hydraulics, and electrical systems
• Basic TIG and MIG welding skills
• Ability to operate a forklift, scissor lift, or genie lift
• Ability to read work orders and equipment manuals and write daily reports
• Reliable attendance, flexibility, and a willingness to learn

Nice to Have

• Experience with conveyors and gearboxes
• Electrical troubleshooting up to 480V
• Hydraulic and pneumatic systems experience
• Millwright, farm, or construction experience
• Food manufacturing or food processing maintenance experience
• Vocational, technical, or associate degree in maintenance or a related trade
