CNC Mill Operator – 1st or 2nd Shift

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday

• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – Midnight, Monday–Friday

• 2nd Shift Differential: +$1.00/hour

💰 Pay

• $24–$33/hour, depending on experience and skill level

• Weekly pay with direct deposit available

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines in an industrial manufacturing environment

• Perform machining operations across X, Y, and Z axes

• Read and understand machining requirements, prints, and job specifications

• Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed

• Maintain quality and accuracy throughout the machining process

• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving machining issues

• Work closely with the production team to keep jobs moving efficiently

• Develop additional skills in CNC programming, maintenance, job planning, and scheduling

5-axis machining experience is a plus, but most work involves standard X, Y, and Z machining.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on CNC mill setup and operation experience

• CNC machining experience in an industrial manufacturing environment

• Ability to understand and perform X, Y, and Z machining

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Dependable and willing to learn

3–5 years of CNC machining experience is preferred, but it's not a hard requirement. Candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply if they have CNC mill experience and are trainable.
