Job Description

• Troubleshoot and repair mixers, conveyors, pumps, packaging equipment, motors, gearboxes, bearings, drives, and material handling systems
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance according to scheduled PMs.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and basic controls issues.
• Support installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Perform welding and fabrication using MIG, TIG, and Stick processes.
• Identify recurring equipment problems and recommend solutions to improve reliability.
• Mentor and provide hands-on support to Maintenance Technician I employees.
• Maintain accurate work orders, PMs, and repair documentation in the CMMS.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with motors, gear reducers, bearings, belts, chains, conveyors, and drives.
