Raw Material Handler / Forklift Operator

Morgantown, PA | Direct Hire | $23/hr + Shift Differential

Storm Search is hiring Raw Material Handlers / Forklift Operators for direct-hire opportunities in the Morgantown, PA area. This is a great opportunity for someone with industrial or manufacturing experience looking for a stable position with multiple shifts available and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, front-end loaders, and other material-handling equipment.
• Load, unload, move, and organize raw materials throughout the facility.
• Set up and operate equipment used to process titanium materials and alloys.
• Sort, clean, size, blend, and prepare materials for production.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and preventative checks.
• Assist with basic equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs.
• Enter production and shop-floor data accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Inspect equipment and work areas for safety concerns at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Follow all PPE, safety, and production procedures.
• Participate in titanium fire prevention and safety training.
• Cross-train in additional production and material-handling areas.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve productivity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Previous material handling and/or forklift operation experience.
• Experience operating heavy material-handling equipment is a plus.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Dependable with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
