Schedule: Flexible Schedule | Extensive Travel Required (Approximately 75–85%)
Compensation: $20.00–$24.00 per hour

We are seeking a motivated Field Service Technician I to join our growing Field Service team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude who are eager to build a career servicing industrial heat transfer equipment.
Working alongside experienced technicians, you'll receive hands-on training while performing equipment installations, preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs at customer facilities throughout the United States.
This position is technically remote; however, candidates should be based in or near the Dallas, TX area to support current operations and future business growth.

Schedule & Travel
- Full-time position with a flexible schedule based on customer project needs
- Extensive travel required (approximately 75–85%)
- Travel throughout the United States to customer facilities
- Dallas-area residency strongly preferred
What You'll Do
As a Field Service Technician I, you will:
- Assist with equipment installation, startup, and commissioning
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
- Assist with repairs on Air Fin Coolers, including fan blades, bearings, belts, motors, and gearboxes
- Assist with repairs on Dry Coolers, including EC fans, motors, cooling coils, and hydronic components
- Assist with Plate Heat Exchanger service, including disassembly, cleaning, gasket replacement, inspection, leak identification, and reassembly
- Read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and work instructions
- Complete electronic service reports and photo documentation
- Communicate professionally with customers on job sites
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicles
- Travel extensively to customer locations throughout the United States
- Follow OSHA, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), PPE, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), and customer safety requirements

Required Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Basic industrial mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Basic Microsoft Office and Outlook skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 75–85%
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree, trade school, military technical training, or equivalent experience
- 0–2 years of industrial maintenance, HVAC, mechanical maintenance, or field service experience
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Forklift Certification
- MEWP Certification
- First Aid / CPR Certification
- Military technical experience
- Industrial mechanical maintenance experience

- Perform detailed mechanical inspections and repairs
