Storm Search is conducting a DIRECT HIRE search for a General Electrical Assembler in Rochester Hills, MI!What's in it for YOU??
**1st shift Monday-Friday(7am-3:30pm)
**Pay based on experience ($18-22/hour + bonuses)

⚡ What You’ll Do:
Perform manual crimping and soldering on wire harness and electrical enclosure assemblies (primary responsibility)
Assemble using hand tools and assembly boards
Read and interpret diagrams, schematics, and build instructions
Inspect, test, and verify connections for quality and accuracy
Rework, repair, and modify assemblies as needed
Build to IPC-620 standards (or similar quality requirements)
�� What You Need:
1+ years of electrical assembly experience
Strong experience with hand crimping tools and soldering techniques
Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and parts lists
�� Education:
High School Diploma or GED required
IPC-620 certification is a plus
