NPI Program Manager (New Product Introduction)

Location: Carson City, NV
Schedule: 4-Day Work Week | Monday–Thursday
Pay: $78,000–$112,000 
Relocation Assistance Available

What You'll Do

  • Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept through production
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource plans
  • Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and sales teams
  • Track project milestones and communicate status to stakeholders
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Support design reviews, product launches, and manufacturing readiness
  • Review engineering documentation, schedules, and technical deliverables
  • Drive issue resolution across multiple departments
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards and customer requirements
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and action items
  • Continuously improve project management processes and product launch execution

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field
  • Engineering experience in manufacturing or aerospace preferred
  • Experience leading projects or coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with excellent follow-through
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Comfortable working with engineering drawings, technical documentation, and manufacturing processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Aerospace manufacturing experience
  • AS9100 or regulated manufacturing experience
  • Project management experience
  • MS Project or similar scheduling software
  • Aras PLM experience
  • PMP Certification
  • Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI), product launches, or manufacturing engineering
