Storm Search is conducting a DIRECT HIRE search for a Mechanical Maintenance Technician in Morgantown, PA.What's in it for YOU??
2nd shift available (4pm-12am)
Pay based on experience ($31-4/hour + 10% shift differential and quarterly bonuses)

Key responsibilities include:
• Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment, including furnaces, heavy cranes, forklifts, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability
• Diagnosing mechanical failures and implementing effective repair solutions on heavy industrial equipment
• Inspecting, servicing, and repairing mechanical components, conveyors, lifting equipment, and material handling systems
• Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives while following all plant safety procedures
• Collaborating with production and maintenance teams to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Providing technical leadership and mentoring less experienced technicians (Level V)
We're looking for someone with:
• 3-5+ years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience or a 2-year technical degree/certificate paired with industrial experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Proven mechanical aptitude and the ability to diagnose and repair complex industrial equipment
