Electrical Technician – All Shifts

Morgantown, PA | $30–$38/hour | Direct Hire

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to join a growing manufacturing operation in Morgantown, PA. This is a hands-on role focused on electrical troubleshooting, PLCs, electronic controls, testing, and equipment repair.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic equipment, circuits, and controls
• Diagnose equipment issues and minimize production downtime
• Troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs and some Siemens PLCs
• Read, interpret, and update electrical/electronic schematics
• Test and repair circuit boards, components, and solid-state circuitry
• Perform equipment calibrations, adjustments, and functional testing
• Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, meggers, amprobes, capacitance/inductance meters, and other electronic test equipment
• Perform soldering and electronic component repairs
• Maintain accurate documentation of electrical changes and repairs
• Support multiple maintenance priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate degree in Electronics preferred
• 2+ years of electrical/electronic troubleshooting and repair experience
• PLC troubleshooting experience; Allen-Bradley preferred
• Strong understanding of solid-state circuitry
• Ability to read and troubleshoot from electrical schematics
• Strong soldering skills
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Experience using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators
