Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Minnesota
Shift: 2nd or 3rd shift
Pay: $25.45–$36.05/hour + $1.00/hour Shift Differential + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose equipment failures and minimize production downtime
• Repair conveyors, bearings, chains, shafts, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and other production equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, motor controls, and PLC-controlled equipment
• Perform basic welding and fabrication as needed
• Read equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders
• Install, repair, and maintain plant equipment and facility systems
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, genie lifts, and other powered industrial equipment
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), GMP, and all plant safety procedures
• Support production and quality teams to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Electrical troubleshooting experience
• Basic PLC knowledge and troubleshooting ability
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read technical manuals and maintenance documentation
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen (THC excluded)
