Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Minnesota
Shift: 2nd or 3rd shift
Pay: $25.45$36.05/hour + $1.00/hour Shift Differential + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Do
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Diagnose equipment failures and minimize production downtime
- Repair conveyors, bearings, chains, shafts, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and other production equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical systems, motor controls, and PLC-controlled equipment
- Perform basic welding and fabrication as needed
- Read equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders
- Install, repair, and maintain plant equipment and facility systems
- Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, genie lifts, and other powered industrial equipment
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders
- Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), GMP, and all plant safety procedures
- Support production and quality teams to ensure efficient operations
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Electrical troubleshooting experience
- Basic PLC knowledge and troubleshooting ability
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read technical manuals and maintenance documentation
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen (THC excluded)
