Manufacturing Technician – $18.50–$20.00/hr + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus | Hartford, WI
1st shift 

• Operate automated robotic equipment that dips wax patterns into ceramic slurry to create casting molds.
• Work in a temperature- and humidity-controlled manufacturing environment.
• Operate high-pressure autoclave equipment to remove wax from ceramic castings.
• Monitor equipment and processes to ensure quality and production standards are met.
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment handling a variety of metals.
• Operate industrial furnaces and assist with pouring molten metal.
• Prepare and handle ladles for the melting process.
• Operate water-blasting equipment to remove ceramic material from castings.
• Remove finished metal parts from casting sprues.
• Follow safety procedures and production instructions at all times.

• High School Diploma
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required 
• Able to list 50lb
