Days: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM
Nights: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM
Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating schedule (12-hour shifts)
We're looking for an experienced Tool Maker to join our precision manufacturing team. This position is responsible for building, repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting molds, tooling, fixtures, and dies while supporting production with high-quality tooling solutions.
Build, repair, and maintain molds, tooling, dies, and fixtures.
Set up and operate manual, conventional, and special-purpose machine tools.
Manufacture and repair injection molds and production tooling.
Perform preventive maintenance on molds and dies.
Build jigs, fixtures, and inspection gauges.
Diagnose and resolve mold and die performance issues.
Manufacture new molds and tooling to support production.
Assemble, fit, and adjust complex tooling components to precise specifications.
Provide technical support and input on mold design and tooling improvements.
3+ years of Tool Maker experience preferred.
Strong Tool & Die experience required.
Experience with high-speed CNC machining.
Exposure to 5-axis machining is highly preferred.
Experience working with injection molds, tooling, and fixtures.
Ability to read blueprints and precision measuring instruments.
Associate degree in Machine Tool Technology is preferred but not required.
Ability to successfully pass hearing and vision screenings.
$26.00$32.00/hour based on experience
Candidates meeting minimum qualifications typically start around $26$27/hour
Highly experienced Tool Makers (56+ years) may qualify for the top of the pay range
