Maintenance Supervisor

Day Shift | $60,000-$65,000 + Overtime & Bonus

We are hiring an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations, improving equipment reliability, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team of 4-5 maintenance technicians
• Schedule maintenance work and assign daily priorities
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize production downtime
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs
• Lead safety and environmental compliance initiatives
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate with production and other departments to support plant operations
• Maintain maintenance records and CMMS documentation
• Drive continuous improvement efforts throughout the maintenance department

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred)
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• 3+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, mechanical systems, welding, and CMMS
• Experience with continuous improvement and root cause analysis
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Schedule & Pay

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• 2-2-3 rotating schedule (every other weekend off)
• Pay: $60,000-$65,000 annually
• Paid for 40 hours on 36-hour weeks
• Overtime paid on weeks worked over 40 hours
• 5% annual performance bonus based on plant performance
