Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Are you a strategic HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, driving employee engagement, and making a measurable impact on business performance? We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team.
As an HRBP, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping to develop talent, strengthen employee relations, support organizational growth, and drive key HR initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals.
- Lead employee relations, performance management, coaching, and talent development initiatives.
- Drive recruitment, retention, succession planning, and workforce planning efforts.
- Provide guidance on employment policies, compliance, and labor relations.
- Support compensation, benefits, training, and employee engagement programs.
- Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions.
- Coach leaders on performance management, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, affirmative action, and company policies.
- Lead and develop HR team members while fostering a positive workplace culture.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- 2+ years of leadership, team management, or project leadership experience
- Manufacturing or industrial HR experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Union labor relations experience
- Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices
- Experience working with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using data to drive business decisions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting hourly and salaried workforces
- Experience with succession planning, workforce planning, and organizational development
- Knowledge of labor relations and compliance programs
