Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Are you a strategic HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, driving employee engagement, and making a measurable impact on business performance? We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team.

As an HRBP, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping to develop talent, strengthen employee relations, support organizational growth, and drive key HR initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals.
  • Lead employee relations, performance management, coaching, and talent development initiatives.
  • Drive recruitment, retention, succession planning, and workforce planning efforts.
  • Provide guidance on employment policies, compliance, and labor relations.
  • Support compensation, benefits, training, and employee engagement programs.
  • Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions.
  • Coach leaders on performance management, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, affirmative action, and company policies.
  • Lead and develop HR team members while fostering a positive workplace culture.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • 2+ years of leadership, team management, or project leadership experience
  • Manufacturing or industrial HR experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Union labor relations experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using data to drive business decisions
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting hourly and salaried workforces
  • Experience with succession planning, workforce planning, and organizational development
  • Knowledge of labor relations and compliance programs
