Shop Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shop operations and service team performance
• Supervise, mentor, and develop technicians and coordinators
• Manage scheduling, labor allocation, and workflow
• Review service reports and ensure quality job completion
• Drive safety, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support customer needs and technical discussions
• Ensure compliance with operational and safety standards

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industrial pump and/or rotating equipment experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience required
• Strong shop operations and team management skills
• Ability to motivate employees and drive results
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work overtime as needed
• Travel required approximately 3–5 times per year.
