Recruiter (24–30 Hours/Week) – Near Mount Pleasant, MI

We're looking for a Recruiter to support hiring across multiple U.S. manufacturing facilities near Mount Pleasant, Michigan. This role is focused on recruiting skilled trades, production, engineering, maintenance, quality, operations, and other manufacturing professionals. Candidates must be located in Michigan.

Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and hiring strategies
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, trade schools, and other recruiting channels
• Build talent pipelines and maintain a positive candidate experience
• Support recruiting events, job fairs, and workforce development initiatives

Qualifications
• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or skilled trades environments
• Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS platforms, and candidate sourcing
• Strong communication and organizational skills
