Regional Sales Manager
Remote New England Territory
Storm Search is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow an established customer base and drive new business throughout the Northeast region.
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand key customer relationships
- Develop new business opportunities and grow market share
- Build partnerships with distributors, contractors, and industry stakeholders
- Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract agreements
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Attend trade shows and industry events
- Maintain sales forecasts and territory reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience in the heating, boiler, HVAC, hydronics, or related manufacturing industry
- Proven success managing a sales territory and driving revenue growth
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the New England territory
