Security Guard

$17.00–$17.75/hr
Full-Time | Rotating Shifts | Overtime Expected

We are hiring Security Guards for an industrial manufacturing facility in Mentor, OH. This is an on-site, unarmed security role responsible for protecting employees, visitors, and company property.

Rotating shifts every 2 months:

• 1st: 8AM–4PM
• 2nd: 4PM–12AM
• 3rd: 12AM–8AM
• Rotating weekends
• On-call rotation
• Overtime expected
• Potential 12-hour shifts as needed

Responsibilities

• Patrol facility and monitor surveillance systems
• Control employee/visitor access and issue badges
• Respond to alarms and emergency situations
• Coordinate with police/fire when needed
• Enforce safety and security procedures
• Inspect vehicles and verify shipping paperwork

Requirements

• 2+ years of security experience
• Valid Ohio driver’s license
• Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime
• Strong communication and reliability
• Ability to walk up to 2 miles per shift
