Maintenance Technician – 2nd/3rd Shift - Chilton, WI

  • Shift: 2nd and 3rd Shift available
  • Base Pay: $26.00 – $32.00 per hour (based on experience)
  • Shift Differential: Additional $1.50 per hour
  • Location: Chilton, WI
  • $4,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • Profit Sharing Program

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues throughout the facility
  • Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery and equipment
  • Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing systems
  • Complete welding, fabrication, and mechanical adjustments as needed
  • Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and HMI systems
  • Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics
  • Accurately enter maintenance work orders and repair data into the maintenance system
  • Follow all safety procedures including lockout/tagout, PPE, fall protection, and confined space protocols
  • Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and HMI programming
  • Ability to read ladder logic and electrical schematics
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and machine repair
  • Welding, cutting, and fabrication experience
  • Proficient with electrical meters and precision measurement tools
  • Basic computer and maintenance software skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and commitment to safety and quality
  • Ability to successfully complete a hands-on electrical and PLC assessment

  • CPR and First Aid Certification
  • Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
