Job Description

• Location: Cambridge Springs, PA
• Shift: 2nd Shift and 3rd shift (3pm – 11pm & 11pm-7am)
• Pay: $23–$30/hour + $1.00 shift premium

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on CNC machines, automated gauges, and robotic systems

• Assist with troubleshooting and basic repairs on production equipment

• Support maintenance of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Perform general maintenance tasks throughout the facility

• Assist with equipment repairs including basic welding, fabrication, and machining when needed

• Follow lockout/tagout procedures and all safety protocols

• Safely operate fork trucks and maintenance equipment as required

• Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives

• Maintain 5S standards and help keep maintenance areas clean and organized

• Follow proper lifting, rigging, and equipment handling practices

• Work closely with the maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical environment

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems

• Ability to read maintenance manuals, equipment diagrams, or schematics

• Exposure to CNC equipment, PLCs, or automated systems is a plus

• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new equipment

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Willingness to work overtime as needed
