Perform preventative maintenance on CNC machines, automated gauges, and robotic systems
Assist with troubleshooting and basic repairs on production equipment
Support maintenance of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Perform general maintenance tasks throughout the facility
Assist with equipment repairs including basic welding, fabrication, and machining when needed
Follow lockout/tagout procedures and all safety protocols
Safely operate fork trucks and maintenance equipment as required
Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives
Maintain 5S standards and help keep maintenance areas clean and organized
Follow proper lifting, rigging, and equipment handling practices
Work closely with the maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime
2–3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical environment
High School Diploma or GED required
Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems
Ability to read maintenance manuals, equipment diagrams, or schematics
Exposure to CNC equipment, PLCs, or automated systems is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new equipment
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Willingness to work overtime as needed
