Process Technician

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Pay: $22.00 - $36.00

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
Shift: 1st or 3rd shift - 2/2/3 - 12-hour rotating shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and start production processes, including press operation and robot programming
• Load and manage robot programs to ensure optimal machine performance
• Monitor and troubleshoot production jobs to minimize downtime
• Perform mold setups and develop setup instructions
• Conduct scientific molding studies and collaborate with Process Engineer
• Support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives with engineering and tooling teams
• Follow all safety procedures, standard operating procedures, and company policies
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices
• Maintain a professional and safety-focused work environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Technical degree (2-year or 4-year) in a related field preferred
• 5–7 years of relevant experience or equivalent hands-on training
• Completion of Set-Up Technician onboarding/training programs
• Experience with plastics injection molding
