Job Title: Electrical Control Panel Assembler
Location: Rochester Hills, MI (On-site)
Shift: 1st Shift | Mon–Fri | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $23–$26/hour

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels (point-to-point)
• Build large panel enclosures and install components
• Read schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• Use hand tools (crimpers, strippers, soldering, etc.)
• Perform light fabrication (drilling, deburring, etc.)
• Document “as-built” changes and maintain records

Qualifications

• Experience in panel wiring or electrical assembly
• Ability to read electrical schematics and drawings
• Strong hands-on skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with tools and manual wiring work
• Industrial controls experience preferred
• Forklift experience a plus
