Storm Search is conducting a DIRECT HIRE search for a Maintenance Technician in Akron, OH!What's in it for you??
2nd OR 3rd shift available + OT on Saturdays available (if desired)
Pay based on experience ($28-35/hour)

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment

Perform electrical troubleshooting up to 480 Volts

Conduct daily preventive maintenance on production machinery

Maintain and service air compressor and chiller systems
-
Perform minor hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs
-
Complete pipe fitting tasks as needed

Perform minor welding and fabrication repairs
-
Diagnose and repair equipment related to blow molding, extrusion, and injection molding
-
Work closely with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications
-
Previous maintenance technician experience in plastics manufacturing

Knowledge of blow molding, extrusion, or injection molding equipment preferred

Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
-
Ability to perform electrical troubleshooting up to 480 Volts
