Maintenance Supervisor
1st or 2nd shift 
$80,000-$120,000/year 

Maintenance Supervisor Description: 

• Oversee equipment and facility repairs, ensuring quality and timely completion
• Coach and develop technicians to support career growth and performance goals
• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs using CMMS
• Coordinate with planning and parts teams to maintain accurate work orders and inventory
• Ensure compliance with safety standards (LOTO, machine guarding, etc.)
• Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to specifications and standards
• Analyze production needs to help plan and schedule maintenance activities
• Provide reports and submit purchase requests as needed

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training in industrial maintenance preferred
• 3+ years of maintenance experience
• Maintenance leadership experience 
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, maintenance, and repair
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical (120V–480V), and basic PLC issues
• Effective communication skills and ability to explain technical information clearly
