Senior Manufacturing Technician - Butte, MT - 1st Shift

• Location: Butte, MT
• Shift: 1st shift, 7am-4pm with overtime as needed
  Compensation: $25–$32/hour (DOE)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manufacturing Technician to join a skilled manufacturing team. This role requires extensive experience in a production environment and the ability to build and troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble complex electro-mechanical equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems and components
• Interpret and work from schematics, blueprints, and technical instructions
• Ensure products meet quality and fabrication standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical assembly
• Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Vocational or technical training is a plus
