Afternoon Shift: 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM (Mon–Fri)
Training on 1st Shift for First 90 Days

What You’ll Do
- Build, modify, and repair:
- Progressive dies
- Blank & pierce dies
- Cut-off dies, jigs, and fixtures
- Perform precision tooling repairs (±.0005” tolerances)
- Operate manual equipment:
- Mills, lathes, surface grinders
- Troubleshoot tooling and out-of-tolerance production issues
- Support press start-ups and tooling changeovers
- Conduct tooling tryouts and verify quality specs
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
- Select materials and support heat-treat processes
- Perform preventive maintenance on presses and equipment
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of:
- Tool & Die repair OR
- Machine shop experience
- Experience with:
- Manual machining (mill, lathe required)
- Surface grinder (strongly preferred)
- Knowledge of:
- Die sharpening, clearances, cam tooling
- Ability to:
- Read blueprints and sketches
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Strong mechanical aptitude
Work Environment & Schedule
- On-site, hands-on machine shop environment
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Very limited Saturdays
- Occasional overtime (typically ~1x/month)
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 40 lbs
- Stand for extended periods (8–10 hours)
Compensation & Benefits
- $22–$35/hr (based on experience)
- Quarterly profit sharing (35% of total comp)
- Full benefits starting Day 1
- PTO starting at 80 hours (negotiable)
- Bi-weekly base pay
