Storm Search is conducting a DIRECT HIRE search for a Maintenance Technician in Fargo, ND.

• 2nd or 3rd shift available (2nd shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM Monday–Friday // 3rd shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM Sunday night–Friday morning)

Role Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing highly automated, state-of-the-art glass production equipment.

This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with strong electrical and mechanical skills who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys solving complex equipment issues.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance & Repair

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production and assembly equipment

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control systems

• Maintain uptime on automated glass manufacturing equipment

Troubleshooting & Technical Skills

• Diagnose issues using schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation

• Work with industrial electrical systems, pneumatics, and control systems

• Apply strong mechanical aptitude to resolve equipment failures quickly

Documentation & Inventory

• Record maintenance activities and work orders using maintenance software

• Request replacement parts and materials through purchase requisitions

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, Technical degree preferred

• Experience interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
