Maintenance Technician (Industrial – Electrical Focus)

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and equipment upgrades
• Troubleshoot industrial electrical systems (panels, motors, circuits)
• Complete mechanical repairs on production equipment
• Install and set up machinery, wiring, and components
• Fabricate parts and perform welding (MIG/TIG/Arc) as needed
• Maintain parts inventory and complete maintenance documentation
• Follow safety procedures, use PPE, and support team operations

Qualifications

• 4–10 years industrial maintenance experience
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments (required)
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical instructions
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred
• HVAC or panel-building experience is a plus

Physical & Work Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently / 100 lbs occasionally
• Stand, climb, and move throughout shift (up to 95%)
• Work in varying temperatures and industrial environments
• Ability to work at heights and wear a respirator
