We are hiring a Project Engineer to lead and execute a variety of process improvement, automation, and equipment-related projects across multiple manufacturing facilities. This role partners cross-functionally to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scope development, and execution
• Develop project documentation and support approval processes
• Oversee equipment procurement, installation, and upgrades
• Drive process improvements, automation, and transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with NPD, Supply Chain, Quality, EH&S, and leadership teams
• Communicate project status, risks, and metrics to stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and support plant operations as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of project engineering experience in manufacturing
• Experience with equipment, automation, and process improvements
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of machine design, troubleshooting, and manufacturing processes
• Experience with PLC/HMI systems, electrical controls, and automation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MS Office
• Experience with Rockwell / Allen Bradley / Siemens PLCs
• Fanuc robotics experience preferred
