Account Manager (PCB Industry)

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with Printed Circuit Board (PCB) industry knowledge to support and grow key customer accounts. This is a fully remote position open to candidates across the U.S., offering flexible working hours and the opportunity to join a stable, growing organization.
This role focuses on managing existing customer relationships, preparing quotes, and providing technical account support while ensuring customers receive accurate information regarding pricing, delivery timelines, and order status.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support existing customer accounts
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding quotes, pricing, delivery timelines, and order status
- Prepare accurate and timely quotes using established pricing procedures
- Communicate changes to pricing, delivery schedules, or order status
- Maintain strong knowledge of PCB products, applications, and manufacturing processes
- Provide exceptional customer service and account support
- Stay current with customer needs, market trends, and industry developments
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
- Support the overall sales strategy and company growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Experience managing customer accounts and preparing quotes
- Printed Circuit Board (PCB) industry knowledge strongly preferred
- Experience working with PCB manufacturing processes or plant-floor operations highly beneficial
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and product specifications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Education
- Technical degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred but not required
