Location: Remote 60% of the time, 40% travel to customer sites
Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000
Manage an assigned regional territory and serve as the primary technical contact for customers
Review customer part prints, machine quotations, and production requirements
Develop CNC programs and machining processes for turning applications
Select tooling, work holding, and machine accessories for new projects
Utilize CAD/CAM software to develop and validate machining strategies
Install and configure CNC machines and associated equipment
Troubleshoot machining processes and optimize production performance
Support machine startup and oversee final machine acceptance
Conduct customer training on machine operation, programming, and process optimization
Interpret quality data including CMM results and SPC data
Maintain strong customer relationships through technical support and follow-up visits
Provide project updates and technical support to internal teams
8–10+ years of experience in CNC machining, applications engineering, or manufacturing engineering
Strong hands-on shop floor experience with CNC machines
Experience with CNC turning processes required
Siemens controls experience required
CAD/CAM programming experience required
Strong knowledge of tooling, work holding, and machining strategies
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize machining processes
Excellent communication and customer-facing technical support skills
Ability to work independently and manage projects within an assigned territory
Siemens NX experience
Experience supporting machine installations and process development
Background in high-precision machining environments
