Job Description

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead hourly manufacturing employees across production, material handling, compounding, and maintenance.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• $60,000 – $75,000
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead hourly production staff

• Train employees and maintain training records

• Schedule daily staffing and forecast labor needs

• Prepare and audit production paperwork

• Enforce safety, OSHA, quality, and company policies

• Drive Best Manufacturing Practices and process improvements

• Troubleshoot production, personnel, and equipment issues

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives

• Assist with hiring and facility security as needed

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Experience:

• 5+ years in manufacturing

• 3+ years in a supervisory role

• Chemical manufacturing experience preferred

Skills:

• Strong leadership and communication

• Knowledge of KPIs, quality systems, and safety regulations

• Problem-solving and decision-making ability

• ERP/MRP experience (Microsoft AX a plus)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
