Job Description

Service Manager
Full-Time | Exempt

Pay: $80,000–$90,000/year
Bonus: Quarterly bonus opportunities
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM (No weekends)
Travel: <5% (occasional training)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily service department operations

  • Lead, schedule, and review technicians

  • Manage work orders, invoicing & warranty claims

  • Monitor productivity, WIP, billing & margins

  • Support diagnostics on complex equipment issues

  • Maintain quality control & safety standards

  • Conduct performance reviews & safety meetings


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Technical degree OR 5+ years related leadership experience

  • Strong heavy equipment repair knowledge

  • Proven leadership & customer service skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Detail-oriented, organized & deadline-driven

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
