Service Manager
Full-Time | Exempt
Pay: $80,000–$90,000/year
Bonus: Quarterly bonus opportunities
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM (No weekends)
Travel: <5% (occasional training)
$80K–$90K base salary
Quarterly bonus potential

Manage work orders, invoicing & warranty claims
Monitor productivity, WIP, billing & margins
Support diagnostics on complex equipment issues
Maintain quality control & safety standards
Conduct performance reviews & safety meetings
High school diploma or GED required
Technical degree OR 5+ years related leadership experience
Strong heavy equipment repair knowledge
Proven leadership & customer service skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented, organized & deadline-driven
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
