Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Color Lab Supervisor to lead color matching and production of color concentrates used in manufacturing operations. In Slatersville, RI.- PAY: $75-$88k Salary
- SHIFT: 7:00AM-3:30PM

What You’ll Do
Lead color matching and formulation of production concentrates
Approve and adjust color formulations before release to production
Manufacture color chips using injection molding techniques
Manage inventory of pigments, additives, and raw materials
Schedule production to meet deadlines and shipping requirements
Supervise and assign tasks to lab personnel
Conduct performance reviews and team meetings
Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards
Collaborate with production and engineering teams
Document processes and maintain quality records
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience in color matching, formulation, or pigment management
Experience managing production schedules and deadlines
Leadership or supervisory experience
ERP experience (JDE/Pro Track) and Microsoft Office skills
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Knowledge of quality and material compliance (a plus)
Ability to work independently and lead a small team
