Key Responsibilities

• Clean injection mold components using approved methods and equipment such as alcohol solutions, brushes, ultrasonic tanks, and ice blasting systems

• Follow established, step-by-step cleaning and handling procedures to maintain quality standards

• Inspect molds and components for buildup, residue, wear, or damage and report findings to the maintenance team

• Safely operate hand tools and power tools as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Properly store and handle cleaning chemicals and materials

• Collaborate with maintenance and tooling teams to ensure molds are production-ready and operating efficiently

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Basic mechanical knowledge and comfort working with tools

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
