Maintenance Technician – Cambridge City

2nd or 3rd Shift | $30–$40/hr | Stable Manufacturing Environment

What You’ll Be Doing ��

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues on production machinery and facility equipment
• Inspect, test, and operate equipment to identify root causes of breakdowns
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime
• Disassemble and rebuild machinery, replacing worn or defective components
• Inspect motors, drives, belts, fluid systems, and filters during scheduled maintenance
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and repair manuals
• Use hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and electronic testing equipment
• Troubleshoot relay logic and support control systems maintenance

What We’re Looking For ✅

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or production
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting ability
• Ability to read technical documents, schematics, and blueprints
• Comfortable working independently and responding quickly to equipment issues
• Experience with industrial tools, diagnostics, and testing equipment
