What You’ll Do
• Lead all shift production operations and supervise salaried & hourly leaders
• Drive safety programs and ensure compliance with HACCP/SSOP standards
• Monitor labor, materials, yields & costs to meet budget targets
• Improve efficiency through process, layout & automation initiatives
• Coach, train & develop teams to maintain strong employee relations
• Ensure operational continuity when key leaders are unavailable
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years relevant operations experience
• 2+ years leadership experience
• Experience with SAP & Microsoft Office
• Ability to work flexible hours (nights/weekends)
• Up to 10% travel
