Pay: $90,000–$100,000
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | Flexible (typically 6:30 AM–4:00 PM)

Leadership role overseeing toolroom operations in an injection molding environment
Direct impact on uptime, mold quality, and continuous improvement

Manage day-to-day Toolroom operations, including cavitation, downtime, and expenses
Monitor Mattec system for press downtime related to mold repairs
Track and analyze mold repair downtime and mold condition
Lead preventive maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiatives
Troubleshoot tooling issues and provide technical support on the shop floor
Participate in root cause analysis for tooling and production issues
Coordinate mold repairs and support new mold construction with Engineering
Work with Sales, Quality, and Engineering to resolve customer complaints
Supervise Toolroom personnel: assign work, track time and attendance, monitor quality, and conduct training
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
10+ years experience in tooling and/or injection molding environments
Strong background with plastic injection molds
Supervisory experience required
Technical knowledge of injection molding, tooling, and maintenance equipment
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
