Source and screen candidates for open positions
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Manage the recruitment process through candidate selection and hire
Oversee pre-employment requirements, including drug screens and background checks
Prepare candidates for onboarding and ensure all required documentation is completed
Maintain and update recruitment data and reports using Excel and other tracking tools
Ensure accurate recordkeeping and reporting throughout the hiring process
Communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams
