Job Description

Setup Technician 

Pay: $25-30 per hour
Shift: 3rd Shift | 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, clean, and prepare molding machines for production runs

• Operate and monitor molding equipment, controllers, and material handling systems

• Assist with automation equipment setup including closing machines, box fillers, assembly machines, hopper loaders, lining machines, etc.

• Troubleshoot machine and process issues to minimize downtime

• Perform product and material changeovers efficiently

• Enter production and material data into ERP and internal tracking systems

• Train and support machine operators across shifts
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the molding industry

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and safety-focused mindset

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical
