Inspect equipment to ensure it is operating safely and correctly
Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout and PPE requirements
Use basic electrical testing tools such as a multimeter
Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and systems, including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components
Perform preventive maintenance, including lubrication and routine inspections
Repair or replace parts such as bearings, belts, pulleys, and drive components
Maintain pumps, valves, gearboxes, cooling systems, and auxiliary equipment
Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
Perform basic machining work using lathes and milling machines
Solder electrical and electronic components as needed
Create and update work orders in the CMMS system (MAXIMO)
Complete additional maintenance tasks as assigned
High school diploma with technical or trade training preferred
3–7 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
Basic knowledge of shop math, tools, and measuring instruments
