Job Description

• Inspect equipment to ensure it is operating safely and correctly

• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout and PPE requirements

• Use basic electrical testing tools such as a multimeter

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and systems, including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components

• Perform preventive maintenance, including lubrication and routine inspections

• Repair or replace parts such as bearings, belts, pulleys, and drive components

• Maintain pumps, valves, gearboxes, cooling systems, and auxiliary equipment

• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams

• Perform basic machining work using lathes and milling machines

• Solder electrical and electronic components as needed

• Create and update work orders in the CMMS system (MAXIMO)

• Complete additional maintenance tasks as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma with technical or trade training preferred

• 3–7 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred

• Basic knowledge of shop math, tools, and measuring instruments
