What You’ll Do
Lead and supervise production employees during assigned shifts
Ensure daily production goals are met safely, on time, and to quality standards
Monitor production yields, efficiency, and downtime; make real-time adjustments
Perform daily safety and production floor inspections
Train, coach, and motivate employees on safe work practices and procedures
Communicate daily goals, expectations, and results to the team
Oversee basic equipment setup and routine maintenance coordination
Lead team meetings and provide ongoing feedback
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and control costs
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience
2+ years of supervisory, lead experience preferred
Strong communication, problem-solving, and basic math skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred Skills
Experience in food manufacturing or processing
Familiarity with SAP, spreadsheets, and basic computer systems
