Production Supervisor

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise production employees during assigned shifts

• Ensure daily production goals are met safely, on time, and to quality standards

• Monitor production yields, efficiency, and downtime; make real-time adjustments

• Perform daily safety and production floor inspections

• Train, coach, and motivate employees on safe work practices and procedures

• Communicate daily goals, expectations, and results to the team

• Oversee basic equipment setup and routine maintenance coordination

• Lead team meetings and provide ongoing feedback

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and control costs

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience

• 2+ years of supervisory, lead experience preferred

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and basic math skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience in food manufacturing or processing
