Industrial Maintenance Electrician - (2nd Shift)
Pay Range: $29.43–$34.10/hr + $1.50/hr shift premium
Schedule: 2nd Shift - 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, motors, controls, and production equipment
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime
Read and interpret electrical schematics and basic ladder logic
Troubleshoot PLC and HMI-controlled equipment and make minor program adjustments
Maintain wiring, fuses, relays, contactors, circuit breakers, and control components
Use testing equipment such as multimeters and ammeters to diagnose issues
Respond to equipment failures and facility emergencies
Perform lockout/tagout procedures and follow all safety protocols
Work collaboratively with engineering and maintenance teams
Required Experience & Skills:
3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a heavy manufacturing environment
Strong industrial electrician background (electrical-focused role)
Experience with 240V and 480V three-phase systems
PLC and HMI troubleshooting experience required
Mechanical aptitude to support electrical repairs
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing production demands
Physically able to work on your feet and handle a demanding environment
