Industrial Maintenance Electrician - (2nd Shift)

Pay Range: $29.43–$34.10/hr + $1.50/hr shift premium
Schedule: 2nd Shift - 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, motors, controls, and production equipment

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime

• Read and interpret electrical schematics and basic ladder logic

• Troubleshoot PLC and HMI-controlled equipment and make minor program adjustments

• Maintain wiring, fuses, relays, contactors, circuit breakers, and control components

• Use testing equipment such as multimeters and ammeters to diagnose issues

• Respond to equipment failures and facility emergencies

• Perform lockout/tagout procedures and follow all safety protocols

• Work collaboratively with engineering and maintenance teams

Required Experience & Skills:

• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a heavy manufacturing environment

• Strong industrial electrician background (electrical-focused role)

• Experience with 240V and 480V three-phase systems

• PLC and HMI troubleshooting experience required

• Mechanical aptitude to support electrical repairs

• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing production demands

• Physically able to work on your feet and handle a demanding environment
